Our Promise to Our Customers
Our tests provide physicians and their patients with personalized, clinically actionable genomic information to make more accurate treatment plan decisions. Since our founding we have operated with the belief that, since our tests are providing clinically actionable information, we need to make sure that patients have access to our tests regardless of their income level or insurance plan. We are proud to say that with our generous Patient Assistance Program we have, to date, been able to process all Castle test orders for U.S.-based physicians regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
On behalf of our patients, we work with Medicare, commercial insurance providers and, in some cases, the physician’s institution to secure payment coverage for our tests. We will submit insurance claims on the patient’s behalf and follows through to payment. The Company believes a patient’s ability to pay for the test should not affect their care, and has put a generous Patient Assistance Program in place for those who need it.
